Revenant is a story game for one Player and one Narrator to tell a tale of passion beyond death.

Revenant is a game designed for one Player and one Narrator to tell a story about passion beyond death. Inspired heavily by films such as Ghost and The Crow, Revenant is about wanting something so bad that you will defy the laws of mortality to see it done.

Using playsets called Mementos, the Player can create her character with Passion enough to crawl out of the grave and accomplish an all-encompassing Drive. The Narrator is responsible for creating the obstacles that will stand in the Player's way.

Revenant will be released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike license, which means anyone will be able to download the rules, share them, remix them, and create their own Mementos. By backing this project, you will get access to the game before anyone else, and you will be thanked in the rules document. Deluxe Patrons will even receive a special printed edition of Revenant the won't be available anywhere else.

The rules are finished and ready to go out to backers as soon as the project finishes. Below are some shots of the finished pages.
