Mission Street Food is an occasional restaurant that donates its profits to charity ($22k in '09). We are opening a full-time charitable restaurant.
We'll use the money to buy kitchen equipment for the new place, so we can make really great food for a great cause.
If the project is successful, you will have helped create a charitable engine that can raise $45,000 to $90,000 a year (or more!) for local charities.
