      Also, just saw the other comments. Definitely an adapter from micro USB to PebbleUSB would be great. Probably cheaper to order a ton of those up and less chance of losing. I can see $2M from here!

      I personally would rather it not have a speaker. I imagine it would make it harder to splash/water proof, and honestly, I don't need another speaker when the phone has a headphone jack. Simplicity is the essence of good design. however, I will fly out and high-five every single one of you guys if you make it charge inductively with one of the standard systems, like PowerMat or Energizer's new system. I don't even care which, I'd just buy into whichever way you went.

      Another one for inductive charging and no custom USB cables :( . I would prefer that my $100 watch wouldn't rely on a $2 cable that would be nowhere to be found in a year.

      But in short no speaker (I'd guess size and power restrictions), 7 days and it is backlit.

      Do you have some specs yet? And more importantly, as it gets (more) well funded, do it get features, like speaker for a ringtone? 1) How long does it last on a single charge? 2) Is it NIGHT visible, eg, have a stupid indiglo backlight?

       Waterproof was a big one for me. Thanks for adding it. Glad I made the decision to back it! :-) The only thing I would like to see is either an inductive charging option (this would allow you to make the watch completely waterproof, and give people a little more flexibility), or a solar micropanel in the watch. Casio implements the micropanel pretty decently in many of their pathfinder series watches. Although, I'm not sure how much power your device requires. Maybe a trickle charge off of solar might push the battery life a teeny bit longer?

       Keep up the fantastic work! Look forward to seeing my watch in September.

       SMS for iOS is not possible on NON-Jailbroken iphones. Apple does not allow that data to be acessed by developers. (Privacy Concerns)

       Hi, great to hear about the waterproof add!!! As you say the cable with be custom for the Pebble, maybe you want to consider adding a second one in the deal for backers before the close date.....as others said, for people who travel a lot, would be good to keep one in the travel bag rather than always have to remember to take it. I keep a second set a cables for phone, laptop etc in my travel bag permanently!

       Waterproof! I sign up and an hour later you guys address my major (only) concern!

       Standard cable or adaptor would be great, mainly because it's hard to have to order custom stuff when you're based overseas. I have a heap of mini and micro-USB chargers already so wouldn't have to wait for a replacement from you if the packaged cable went missing.

       A speaker & mic would be nice, especially when using the watch while the phone is in a bag or while you're running. Solar powered, even as a backup, would be *amazing*.

       I second the concerns about overdoing it, though. Don't cram every little thing into the watch just for kicks or else we'll all end up wearing bricks!

       - Important / Like: battery life, clean interface, sleek design.
       - Nice to have: waterproof (thanks!), BT4, other os support (WP7, BB), touchscreen (kindle touch)
       - Not so important: color screen, mic / speaker, solar panel.
       - Cool color: lumia cyan

       Amazing how fast this suddenly goes, as far as I could see it's well running for the most funded Kickstarter project so far. If its not already there... (I checked yesterday and the most funded was around 1.4 million.) Anyway, I know this is meant to be a companion to your phone, I'd still love to see a tiny speaker just for alarm purposes and the micro USB charger instead of a custom cable. What if for some odd reason your company dies, or the charger cables aren't there anymore, you're stuck with something non-standard, while for mobile phone's its law to have a standard (micro USB) charger cable. The hole isn't that big and if it would be possible to waterproof it (I can't imagine it's not already done by someone), please do so. It really saves lugging around yet another cable. As far as the alarm functionality concerned, I somewhat hate it to leave my phone next to my bed and usually leave it in the living room. A watch next to my bed with alarm would be great. So a tiny but very loud speaker, just for beeps, would be nice...

       Just a thought regarding the charging cable. Since most of us have micro-usb charging cables for our cell phone, if your cable could have an adapter to connect to miicro-usb it would reduce the amount of cable slightly. (i.e. Phone Charger (micro-usb) --> >Adapter--> >Pebble )
