Help fund this fantastic children's book with award-winning Beatles illustrator Alan Aldridge

Hey Kickstarter, we have a great book project and we hope you'll like it too.

Who We Are

This project is coming to you as part of FeeFiFoFun in collaboration with legendary Beatles illustrator, Alan Aldridge.  We're parents and children and people that don't want to grow up. We come from all walks of life but the one thing we can agree on is how important it is to learn something everyday.  And have fun doing it!

What We're Doing

The author of the book, Catherine Brickman, is a mom who loves story time with her kids. She's written a new book that will make story time fun for your little ones too.  It's about an adorable rabbit named Floppy Eared Flora who loses her hop after her curiosity gets her into trouble.

With the help of friends she makes along her way, we learn with Flora about important life lessons and morals while we giggle at the some of these tongue tickling rhymes.

The book takes place in a wonderful world of surfing manatees and magical cats, but now we need your help to bring it to life. The book is already written, it's ready to go, it just needs a little kickstart.

Why We Need Your Help

We have a very special opportunity to have the book illustrated by the award winning illustrator, Alan Aldridge. He has already completed the cover for the book with the understanding that he'll be commissioned to illustrate the entire book.

John Lennon called him "His Royal Master of Images to Their Majesties The Beatles" and his illustrations have been loved and adored by people of all ages all over the world.

Alan's done everything from album covers for the Beatles and Elton John to posters for Andy Warhol.  He's the creative designer responsible for the Hard Rock Cafe and House of Blues.  His whimsical children's book, "Butterfly Ball" won the esteemed Whitbred Award, for which Sir John Betjeman in the Times LIterary Review wrote, "Aldridge was the 'Guv'nor'...........no one comes close to matching his influence on illustration in the 20th Century!....."

Alan Aldridge is an icon in the world of graphic arts, and just as his work has already been seen and loved by millions around the world, we can't wait to share his new work on this book project with you.  With your support, it's destined to become a classic.

So please help us make this a reality so we can share this wonderful story with children everywhere.  We need the funding for the illustrations, publishing costs for hardback and ebook formats, and awesome rewards!

Looking To The Future

Flora has a bunch of friends that all have stories to tell.  If this project gets funded, we'll have the opportunity to share many more stories from the world of FeeFiFoFun.  So if you believe in this project as much as we do, make a pledge big or small.  They all come with some really great rewards and soon enough we'll all get to read Flora's Lost Hop.
