Bios - Suggestion
Eidetic memory (/aɪˈdɛtɪk/), commonly referred to as photographic memory, is a medical term, popularly defined as the ability to recall images, sounds, or objects in memory with extreme precision and in abundant volume. The word eidetic, referring to extraordinarily detailed and vivid recall not limited to, but especially of, visual images, comes from the Greek word εἶδος (pronounced [êːdos], eidos, "seen").
Suggestion is the commercial name of Vaughn King's Eidetic Bio-link Program. It is a device which through a battery of surgeries and mental/physical therapy allows it's user to manipulate it's physical state into a cornucopia of technical wonders. Any object which the user can imagine in precise detail can be called up. Unfortunately, while most of us can think of "a power drill", few can picture each separate part that makes the whole and even less could remember the exact parameters and measurements OF these parts.
Because of this serious limitation, Ayame Ritale, born with photographic memory, is currently the only Suggestion operator who can create tools more complex than, say, a screwdriver.
imminent advancements to the technology, dubbed "Suggestion 3.0", will hopefully address this problem, allowing users to create objects from a suite of presets that can be adapted to each individual's needs/uses.

How well would Ayame match up against a "Traditional" Cyborg or robot using suggestion?
Creator Jawara Pittman on May 3, 2012
This technology is out of SIGHT.
Ayame could blow Jaime Sommers out of the water.
It doesn't even sound far fetched at all.
Kyoshi will be deadly if she gets on hands on 3.0
But.......
Ayame can truly match her.

Hey, glad this stuff is sounding complete. I feel 'Suggestion' is pretty "magic-wand-y" writing-wise, so I really wanted to have a thorough explanation of it to make up for it's McGuffin-ness. Here's hoping you and all my readers find the world and story to be satisfying and real feeling, despite it's sci-fi nature.
