ABOUT:

Jackson is a young businessman with a jetpack in a world where businessmen don't fly jetpacks. In fact, no one flies jetpacks. Or do they? Follow Jackson as he uncovers secrets about his jetpack and meets Donny, a grumpy gas station clerk with an interesting past.

WHERE IT ALL STARTED:

The idea for Jetpack came from a small class assignment. The assignment was to write a story in one tweet, meaning writing a story in 140 characters or less.

“My jetpack ran out of fuel so I went to the gas station and the clerk gave me a weird look but I filled up my jetpack and all is well now. (138)”

That was Dominic’s run-on sentence that started it all. Mike immediately wanted to shoot it and David gave his insight on how to make it even better with visual effects. With all of the ideas discussed between the three, they decided to take those ideas and make them a reality.

IMPORTANT DATES:

- Our Kickstarter goal must be met or exceeded by August 7 at 11:59PM.

- Principal photography is set for August 31 - September 2.

- The estimated delivery for rewards is late November to early December.
