The Songwriter Package - for those who enjoy geeking out on the craft of songwriting, this will include all of the above + a demos EP featuring additional songs that didn't make the record, early revisions of the record songs in various stages of being written, and even xerox copies of the scribbled napkins and soggy journal pages that become songs. Hi Kai! Just caught you with Abby at Johnny D's in Somerville (you were all, like, "I know you," and I was all like, "That would be awesome and all, but I'm pretty sure you don't") and discovered I'm 2 months too late to chip in on Kickstarter. So, I'll just follow along and wait for the album. Honestly, it's probably all for the best, because you smashed your funding goal, and I'm not sure how my wife would have felt about the $2,500 charge on the credit card (though I'm sure she'd have enjoyed the private show). Best of luck on the album.
Also willing to donate any editing/mixing/engineering etc if that helps....

My long lost brother Mr k eye. What an inspiration you are. Have you got that $4 that I gave you to buy that strong latte when you were in Melbourne this year? Actually I know you`ve got it. I can tell because the computer screen says you have. Ahh, you know what, keep it. Maybe just give it to your drummer instead. Put it towards a snare rim shot or some kind of triplet, incorporating the floor tom if possible.

You aain't kidding. It's sweet to see the troops rally like they mean it. You have to hand it to the people at kickstarter - this is an amazing concept. And we're halfway to the goal after less than a week. I'm honored. NAT! I could send you some demos of the stuff that's going to be on the record if you like. Or you could wait till the record is done and get the full monty effect, which might be more satisfying. It's up to you. As a backer you are entitled to certain rights. You want I should send you a demo or 2?
