A BBQ Sauce & Marinade so unique you'll wonder "where have you been all my life?"
Welcome to "Jersey Juice"
If you think you've had great barbeque .... fuddgedabouit!
We have developed a truly unique barbecue sauce/marinade. Most sauces on the market are thick with either a sweet or smoky flavor. Our "Jersey Juice" is nothing like that. We are a vinegar based sauce that packs just a little "kick" (our slogan is "if you can't take the heat fuddgedaboutit"). People who ordinarily would not eat something with a "kick" have raved about the sauce, giving it a broad appeal in the marketplace. That's when we knew that we needed to turn our family dream into a career.
"Jersey Juice" is great as a basting sauce and makes an extraordinarily good marinade, especially with wild game. "Jersey Juice" was recently used by a competitor in an award winning barbecue competition and he took 1st Place! "Jersey Juice" is also being used in a professional cooking school in Augusta, Georgia. It is a well thought out product that has also been tested and sold in a high end retailer of barbeques, outdoor kitchens and spice rubs. Now we believe that the rest of the world needs to enjoy the unique flavor of "Jersey Juice".
We are presently making "Jersey Juice" in our home. Our goal is to raise the necessary funds needed to: secure a certified kitchen, deal with the red tape required for certification/licensing, and rent the necessary equipment that will allow us to bottle and label the product. Your backing will also allow us to finish our website, www.jerseyjuicebbq.com, which is now in its infancy stage of development.
We intend to have our hand-made "Jersey Juice" on store shelves by late Spring of 2012, and with your help we can make this goal a reality.
We would like to thank you for taking the time to read about us and hopefully it has inspired you to support our family's dream. With your help we can look forward to you enjoying the unique tasting experience known as "Jersey Juice".
