About this project
A new concept for microbreweries - a "Community Supported Brewery" that brews (in part) according to subscribers' tastes and preferences. House of Brews will engage in ongoing dialog with subscribers to make decisions about what to brew. There will also be one or two "information sessions" a year where subscribers will have the opportunity to meet with the brewery staff and other subscribers to talk/learn about various beer styles and influence what is brewed.
Subscriptions will be for either six months or one year and based on the equivalent of two kegs (6 mo.) or four kegs (1 yr) volume of beer which will be dispensed in growler, 1/6th barrel or 1/2 barrel form (until a bottling machine can be purchased).
Currently the brewery is up and running with keg only production - and available at bars. The intent of the Kickstarter is to purchase a growler filler and bottles.

I started as a homebrewer 16 years ago. What started as a hobby eventually got out of control and now I'm opening this microbrewery. Over the years my friends have all encouraged me to get to this point because they'd like larger volumes of free beer and I need this 10 barrel system to accomodate them.
