We are raising money to complete post production for our short film, "Pass The Salt, Please", starring Emmy and Satellite Award winner, and Irish Film & Television Award winner Fionnula Flanagan and Academy Award nominee and NSFC Award winner Seymour Cassel. Based on a play by Jeffrey James Ircink.

Synopsis What would happen if the dinner conversation of a married couple in their 70’s resembled the script pages of a scene in a pornographic film?

As a man and woman catch up on the day’s events, their banter morphs from “ho-hum” to “whoop-eee!” – without missing a “bite”. The scene reflects the state of sex in the America of the feminine mystique, as viewed by feminist Betty Friedan.

We will be updating you with our progress and hope to reach our goal of $10,000 by March 15th, 2011.

What will the money raised go toward? Every penny (minus the fees for Kickstarter’s involvement) will go directly to the “Pass The Salt, Please” movie budget. All donations granted will cover the post production expenses of the film. Our remaining costs are: editing, color correction, sound mixing, securing music rights, and building a website for the film. Donations will also help support our distribution to film festivals.
