Baba Marimba gets people up out of their chairs dancing and having fun.  This is happy happy music, and it is damn good music too.  We've been wowing audiences for the last 6 months as we've gotten better and Better and BETTER!   One fellow came up to me at our last gig and said "I guess I'm a FAN - I've seen you guys play four times, and each time you play better than the time before!"

The time has come for us to make a CD.  The only problem is that our little band requires something like 15 microphones and professional sound equipment to do this recording.  In other words, making a CD of quality commensurate with our band is not something we can do with the equipment we have laying about - we need to go into a real studio to make a real recording, and of course, that costs real money - which is why we are here.  We will put together a 10 song, full length CD for something like $200 a song.

People really love Baba Marimba.  One of our fans said: "Thank you, thank you for playing such amazing music last night at Solar Culture. I was transported to a place where every cell in my body smiled and danced delightedly. My heart resonated with the band's beat and burst into bloom!" 

With this kind of positive energy, Baba Marimba is looking to really touch people and make the world a better place in the ways that we can.  And our first CD is an important part of that dream.
