Is anyone else having difficulty with feedback? I'm sadly still waiting for my commission, and while I don't have a problem with delays, I'm very frustrated at the complete lack of communication or acknowledgement of the delays, in spite of multiple attempts to reach out directly. A sad turn of events for a project I was really excited to get behind.

      Hi Jay,
I just received my book. It's great, good quality, great condition and best of all an amazing comic. Also I didn't even realize it had been sent, thank you very much. :)

      Hi Jay,

As I can see, it seems I'm not the only one that is still waiting for the book :(. The brazilian post office is (in)famously slow, but I'm starting to get a little worried. Did you have a tracking number for the book?

      Hello Jay,
I'm sorry to hear about your father's passing. My heart and prayers go out to you and your family. I'm sure anyone would understand the delay in shipping the novel. Thank you for update. Take care.

      Hi Jay,

Just checking in on the status of a) the book and b) the commission? It's been a few months since we've heard anything and I'm beginning to get a little concerned.

      Thanks,

      Jason

Wow, Jay, this is great news! I believe this is a great solution (bubble wrap, double walled box, etc.) so (hopefully) no worries! With this kind of once-in-a-lifetime opportunities, I'd be devastated to receive a damaged book! Thanks for the great work! The wait is well worth it.

      Robert,
I've been thinking about shipping and you raise a good question. You've all invested a lot into this, so I want to make sure the final product not only looks fantastic, professional, and is the best it can be, but I want to make sure it arrives in pristine condition. All the printers' estimates include double-wall shipping, so they will be holding up their end in that regard. Once I receive them, at the very least, the books will be boxed and tightly bubble-wrapped, as the box will afford more protection than an envelope (even one of those tough Tyvek envelopes). Nonetheless, if you have any problems, please let me know as soon as possible, and I'll make it right.

      Thanks!
      Jay

@Jay Potts: Jay, how are shipped books destined to be packaged? I am worried about protection for the book, because as an avid reader I purchase on the web often, and unfortunately get damaged books in the mail quite often. As this is going to be a very beautiful book, a once in a lifetime occasion to have it with my name in it, I would not like to receive it damaged. How are you planning to package the whole thing (book and print)? Hopefully some kind of double boxing (kinda like the way Amazon ships DC's Absolute books... Please let us know.... Thanks!!!!!

Jay, it was my honor and pleasure to be part of the "pledgers" for this project. May you have a long and successful career in comics (OK, second career, if you,re keeping the paralegal thing on the side).

Jay, waiting for Wednesday to roll around with the next step along Pastor's journey is -- there's only one way to put it -- sweet torture. I'm so glad I was able to be a part of this undertaking in some small way. Godspeed, brother.

A while ago I heard about the webcomic on CGS - since then I follow the story online. I prefer books though - therefore this project gets my support.

I added a couple of bucks for international shipping (to Switzerland).
