Project Update: Fulfillment Issues
Hey guys,
First of all, I'd love to thank you so much for your support and help with making the Skipping Stone tour a possibility. It was a lot of work ironing out the details, but in the end, it was an amazing success! I cannot apologize to everyone enough for the problems we've had with the organization and fulfillment of Kickstarter orders. It's been incredibly difficult doing this by myself with only a handful of (wonderful) friends and supporters. The level of gratitude towards my fans cannot be expressed, and I've been devastated receiving your disheartened emails while touring.
I want to make this right for the people who have received the wrong orders. Anyone who may have received the wrong product will have an email in your inbox regarding steps to make sure we can make this right. Please be on the lookout for it in the next 24 hours...
Again, I feel so awful that this has happened, and I'm so sorry. I love my fans and appreciate what you've done for me more than you know.

Hey Addam, you're lucky. No one has even acknowledged that I haven't gotten my items yet. e-mailing them right now...will just have to wait and see if I get a reply. The last kickstarter campaign I did, I had no problems. I even funded two other projects through Pledgemusic, no problems with them either. I love Alexz and I realize this is not her fault...however this is disappointing that my items were never received after spending $75 on them.

Beth, I received the ep unsigned and the wrong shirt size, couldn't even return it. So now I'm just waiting for this signed postcard and the signed dvd... hopefully I'll get those without any issues sigh

Hi Alexz! I just got my package! I knew it would take longer to get here because of the mailing system in my country (it happened the same with the Voodoo and Reloaded packages). I also got the wrong order, because my Skipping Stone EP isn't signed and the signed live performance video of a show is missing as well. I just wanted to report it because other people have already contacted you and I just got it today. I appreciate that you want to make it right and I'm willing to wait. Just like maruska here I donated to help you and I'm so happy that you could go on tour, and I'd do it again! But I was waiting for the signed EP so that'd be cool too haha. I didn't received my package but I really wasn't waiting for it cause the mail in my country is so terrible, but Im a little sad I didn't received the thank you call, cause I was really expecting to hear her voice on the phone and have a panic attack right there! LOL... I know she feels terrible, and I knew since the beginning this was going to be an awful work of organization and there were going to be mistakes, so Im not mad or anything or going to start stalking her on twitter like some other people did, In fact if she make another kickstarter campaign I'll donate again happily cause I didn't do it for the reward, though it was an encouragement (Im only human here je,je) I actually did it because I believe in her music and I think she deserve to be heard by a lot more people. So I have no regrets. I love her!

Just wanted to let you know I have not received my package yet, however I am hoping it will eventually get here. I totally understand the delays are of no fault to anybody. I got mine around August 29th (I live in France), and was surprised (and yes a little bit disappointed) that my Skipping Stone cd wasn't signed (it was a bonus for me since I figured the tour wouldn't make it to France). As for my tee, it is way too big and the size is nowhere to be found... I even asked my sister if she could help me cut it or something so I could wear it. I'm glad we didn't, and that you sent us this update, because I really thought I was alone. And it never occurred to me that it could have been a mistake.
I was also wondering about the signed live performance video?

I actually never received my package at all - I was waiting since I'd moved since the campaign concluded, and I was hoping my forwarding address would get it to me eventually, but it's been long enough now that I'm just like, out of hope, lol.
