Oklahoma singer-songwriter Graham Colton is recording a new album and needs your help to make it happen!
Hello friends!
These past 11 years have been one crazy ride, and I’ve never felt more passionate about where my music is headed than right now. I can honestly say I have no idea what this album will become, I just know I can’t do it without your help. The support my fans, friends, and family have shown me throughout my career continues to amaze me, and I could not be more grateful for each and every one of you.
I have been so fortunate to do so much more than I ever imagined was possible when I first began writing and singing around town in high school. From sharing the stage with many of my own musical heroes, to having the opportunity to perform on national television shows, and touring around the country (and the Netherlands!) - you have helped me make this the best job ever.
Returning to Oklahoma to make music has provided a huge dose of inspiration and I am beyond excited to record this new album with my fellow Oklahomans. I have partnered with my long time pals and touring band members Chad Copelin & Jarod Evans to produce what I know will be my best album yet! There are so many amazingly talented musicians in my own backyard and it's important to me to collaborate with and support as many of them as possible.
For this, I have chosen to partner up with Kickstarter to help fund as much of this new project as we can. My goal is to raise $15,000 towards the new album, however the actual costs will reach closer to $25,000. Kickstarter is run as “all or nothing” so we have until March 13th to raise the full amount. Whether you can give $1 or $100, every little bit helps and is so appreciated.
I have put together over 20 different ‘Rewards’ so there is a little bit available for everyone. Anyone who backs $10 or more will receive a digital copy of the “Best of 2012 Acoustic Tour” album which will be exclusive to my backers. Other rewards available include:- Personal phone call from me.
- Skype into a recording session.
- iPod Nano with my entire discography + exclusive B-sides.
