Kickstarter

Hello everyone!  Check out the track ""Where Did I Go?" and the album art below.       Here’s update on Just In Time. This process has taken a bit longer than I had anticipated and it has taken on a new life. I have learned to relax, be patient, and let the process happen organically. 

I projected the producer with whom I wanted to work and he accepted the responsibility.  Grammy Award winning producer and recording engineer, John Haden sat next to me for nearly thirty hours and taught me the art mixing and equalizing a cd. We went through each track systematically and made each instrument sound its best.As we went along most of the actual mixing of the different instruments began to take shape.

I now have the task of finishing the last little bit of mixing, and then I will send it to John Hadden in London for his approval.  I have been working diligently with my new Sennheiser HD 600 Headphones and am nearly ready to pass all of the tracks on to John.  Once he approves of the job that I have done with the final mix he will put all of the tracks together create a master cd. This basically means that he will be piecing the tracks together. Some of the tracks have space in between and a large number of the tracks flow into one another creating a suite, Justin’s Suite.

The master cd will be sent to manufacturer for duplication. 

Thee album artwork  is looking very nice. It has come a long way since this project wasfunded. I am very proud of the work that I have been doing and am looking forward to sharing my project to all of my kickstarter.com backers first.

I am presently working towards my doctoral degree in clarinet performance at Florida State University. I am progressing as a clarinetist and am already cooking up my next recording project, a classical clarinet recording! It certainly has been a challenge balancing all of these projects. The cd will be duplicated as soon as possible.
