I seek $500,000 to finance production of the motion picture High Water. I am an experienced filmmaker/screenwriter/producer with several pictures completed to date (see website at www.capitol-pictures.com).

Unconscious opened theatrically in April 2009. Despite the film’s miniature budget ($300,000) and lack of box office stars, Unconscious was selected for exhibition at the Palm Beach International Film Festival and was acquired for domestic distribution by Universal Vivendi and internationally by Arsenal Pictures. It is available on Netflix and other outlets.  

High Water– A convicted child kidnapper is released pending retrial. He’s disappeared. So has little Tiffany. And now the cops are almost out of time.

This motion picture is unique and loaded with suspense in that events occur in real time, as the local police and FBI desperately try to rescue the victim before high tide.

Production elements are in place. Key department heads, all feature film veterans, are onboard (Writer/Director, Producer, Director of Photography, First A.D., Production Designer, Music Composer).

Photography will be High Definition. The film will have an original score. All Florida tax and other incentives made available to instate filmmakers will be taken wherever possible, including a maximum 15% rebate on production expenses from the State of Florida.
