The Adventures of Nya Papaya is an interactive children's storybook. The series will deal with the character's family interaction, mixed heritage, and other issues facing young children today. The first book deals with Nya's feelings that her parents love her brother more than they love her, and about the siblings being different from each another.
Why write this?
I believe that there is a shortage of stories representing today's truly diversified youth. Even with acceptance levels rising across the globe, so many stories are geared towards children of one ethnic background. I'd like to change that with Nya Papaya.
