Received my tracking number last yesterday. It should be delivered on May 2. Going out of town in a few weeks. I will give a use report after that. I hope the 3rd case is a charm. Snowlizard is trying to make a good case great. I wish them all the best. Keep up the good work Steve!!

@ Ryan, I sent my case back last week. They received it on Friday. I received an email today saying they shipped my new case today and they will forward a tracking number later. Steve indicated that the case was to be shipped last week but I guess shipping didn't get that message and waited for the old one to arrive.

@ Ryan, did you send back your old case yet? If not, contact support and get the process started. I have been waiting for mine and only found out that you have to return the old case before they will ship out the new case. Mine should be here this week.

Received my yellow replacement case yesterday. I live is California, USA.
It is charging today while I am at work today.
Looking forward to trying it out tonight. At first glance I noticed a few differences.

So is the gortex a different material than the originals that make the audio so you can use it as a phone? Or are the new ones the same as the old?

Why would this matter? I've been beating the snot out of my 4S case for months and months and months. Heck, I've even posted pics with it on volcanoes, underwater, paddle-boarding, etc . . . Other than a broken latch, I've had no problems . . . So why are new ones coming . . . And more importantly . . . To whom?
