Update #7: *Very* Quick Update!
As you all know i've come and gone. I miss Bangalore dearly! i'm currently still editing (i.e. selecting) photos, getting postcards ready, and preparing for the book!

Update #2: FUNDED!
before going into the weekend, backer #25 (same day as my birthday!) brought us over the funded threshold! that means that everyone who pledged will be getting postcards from bangalore! :) many of you will be getting prints and a look "behind the scenes"! one of you will be getting a photoshoot with me which i'm so looking forward to!
Speaking of, there is still one "local hero" backer award available--i would *love* to take care of someone else for a price that's quite a bit cheaper than the usual shoot, given the other rewards included! so please let your seattle friends know!
and PLEASE, feel free to spread the word! as many of these things go, more funding always makes for a better project!
thank you to all who are believing in me--it's humbling, and so encouraging. i'm looking forward to seeing, capturing, experiencing, and bringing a bit of that to you!
my passport is on its way back from the consulate, stamped and ready to enter India. i'll send a backers only update with a few pictures when its received (which should be monday, if FedEx does its job ;-)
i've been stocking up on film, and trying to whittle down the camera list. i'll keep you updated with the selection:)
