About this project

This will be a short film, cut as if it was a trailer to a feature film, shot entirely on Super 8mm film, to be released in High Definition. It will deal with the question that has been burning on all our minds for years: what would happen if all the plastic bags out there decided to take over the world? Could we really stop them?

It is short, ridiculous, hilarious, and it will be beautiful. It is environmentally conscious, having a subtle but unmistakeable green message about the importance of recycling. After viewing this film, no one in the audience will be able to simply look the other way when they see plastic bags littering our streets. Remember how you felt after you saw The Birds? Same thing. Except plastic bags.

We need your support. We can make this film for pretty cheap, but we still need help to fund it. We need to buy and develop Super 8mm film, we need to make DVDs, submit to film festivals, make posters, not to mention buying all the stuff we can't find. We're fronting a lot of the necessary money out of pocket, but we sure could use your help!
