Second Thought Productions has been making films for going on two years now. After a myriad of short films, including 2010’s Newport Beach Film Festival Official Selection Lunchtime Confidential and the resulting web series of the same name (http://www.youtube.com/user/LunchtimeConfidentia), we are taking on a larger challenge: a feature film. When I Met Jackie Reynold is an experiment, and very different from anything we’ve done before in that it is a mokumentary and very free form and improvisatory in style. Our goal with this movie is to utilize our limited means to make something worthwhile that can have a life at festivals and eventually be distributed. The reason our crew works so well together is because each member has a particular niche in which he or she excels, and a strong desire to challenge themselves. We look forward to working with actors with strong instincts and a desire to push themselves so that we will end up with a fun movie people can enjoy.
