Thank you for your generous funding Laura! Let me know if you want to come visit me in the shop in Brooklyn, or even see the studio. So happy to hear you're opening an eco-boutique, we need more of those!

Are you kidding me? Front row at New York fashion week? It is my dream to attend, although as a journalist...I also am opening an eco-boutique but thought I didn't have the hours to commit--love the idea of designers manning shop like a co-op--so cool!

StudyNY is a creative collective based in Brooklyn and run by fashion designer, Tara St James.
Formerly the creative director for Covet, Tara is branching out on her own to run the collective and produce a small collection of sustainable clothing.
The collective encompasses clothing, jewelery and graphic designers, photographers, musicians, video and fine artists.
Each member is encouraged to work on their own projects as well as group collaborations.
With a focus on sustainable design, the group works with recycled and organic materials as much as possible.
The collective will be launching it's first clothing collection, The Square Project, at NY fashion week this September.
In the meantime, Study clothing can be found at 5 in 1 in Williamsburg, Brooklyn
