SUMMARY: Jane Shankly lives a less-than-perfect life dealing with an alcoholic father and a constant need to escape. When she finds out about a school trip to Paris, things start to change for her, and after multiple turns of events (including the appearance of a super-influenza virus that sweeps through the world), Jane finds out what she's really been trying to escape. It's a coming-of-age story with tear-jerkers and laughs throughout, and we (director, cast, and crew) think you will very much enjoy it.

"What's in it for me?" Good question indeed. I (Siena Schickel) have been working on the screenplay for this movie for several months now, and am still in the editing process to make this movie as well thought-out as it can be. Unfortunately, being in high school with a part-time job does not give me or the rest of the cast/crew much cash to use for a project. We're not asking for much, and what we're hoping for will pay for the majority of the production costs.

I am honored to present to you a cast and crew that have specialized in their fields for at least a good portion of their lifetimes, and a general feeling of excitement that we share for this project. The crew includes musical composer Eric Crossen, who is currently the owner of the project since he is the only member legally able to make an account because of his age. 

"Where is my money going?" Another very good question! Here's what we need to make this project work:

~Camcorder with microphone capabilities (notice quality of video above)

~Camera Equipment (we're hand-making all of these to save money)

~Video Editing Software

~Sets/Costumes/Makeup/etc.
