Please Join Our Communication Revolution!

For much of his life Mark Utter, a man of exceptional intelligence, has been unable to communicate verbally, his thoughts and observations of the world trapped in his head.  Most people assumed he had the mind of a child.  (See Update #9 "The View from Inside" for Mark's perspective on that) Now, through an innovative form of alternative communication Mark is able to slowly type his thoughts. Using this method, he’s written a screenplay he plans to film this summer.

The film, I am in Here, humorously reveals Mark’s unique observations of our world. The premise is a typical day in his life filled with communication barriers, social obstacles and Mark’s wry observations as he negotiates them.  Mark plans to tour the film to promote access to alternative forms of communication for others trapped in their heads like he once was.
