Update #6: 16 days!

Posted on September 12, 2010

So we are closing in on 15 days on our fundraising campaign and we still have almost 8,000 dollars to raise. It's a tough goal to reach, but we're not giving up yet! If you have the time this week to send our link around, we would appreciate it very much! Thank you all for your generosity! Keep your fingers crossed!

Update #5: News article

Posted on August 22, 2010

Our hometown paper recently wrote an article about our project. It turned out great. Thanks to writer, Andy Bockelman for doing such an awesome job!

Check out the article----

We are closing in on the last month of our fundraising campaign. It's never fun asking for donations, but if you have the time to pass on our kickstarter link to anyone and everyone who may be interested in being part of a great film project, we would absolutely appreciate it!!

We hope everyone is having an incredible Sunday! Stay cool, and thank you so so much for your generosity!

Update #3: Last weeks location scout

Posted on July 19, 2010

Hope everyone's weekend was great! We were out in the Mojave, braving 105+ degree weather, scoping out more location spots. We all feel very satisfied with the intersection we found. Considering the fact that 3/4 of the film takes place in one location, it was imperative that we found the perfect intersection.

The environment that these two characters inhabit is the third character in this film. It is important to us that we portray the stark, rugged beauty that lies within this harsh desert. It's been a blast taking these road trips out to nowhere, and our own experiences in the Mojave will undoubtable enhance the quality of the film itself.

We took a time lapse of our journey into the desert that I posted on this update. I also posted several photos that give you a more detailed look at the area where we hope to film this fall.

Wow, I can almost see the movie now. These are great shots. The huge rock all by its self is wonderful and I love the sort of cave in the rocks. The landscape of the lonely road to nowhere is so right. Might be very hot for making this movie but I bet it turns out great if you don't die of thirst . Thanks for the update.

Update #2: Thank you!!

Posted on July 10, 2010

Wow, $775 today! Thank you all so much for your generosity! We will not let you down! This is a pic from our last location scout. We had some intense wind and heat to deal with, but we still had a great time! As always, feel free to send out our kickstarter link to anyone you feel might be interested in our project. Have a great weekend!
