      I suppose the idea of Community Architecture makes it a little difficult to catch funding without the actual Community connection, unless the connection is actually the idea of supporting Community Architecture itself.
      And this is one (rare) project that manages to actually succeed in getting together the community involvment, the awareness of specific unregarded site qualities, and brilliant architecture.
