I use my Lil Kikr every day. Works great and looks great. I'd like to buy another one. Is the Lil Kikr available for sale somewhere? Any chance of an update for the lightning connector?

Just wanted to update you -- been using the Lil Kikr ceramic for about 4 months now. The build quality is solid and it still gets attention at work, sitting on my desk.

Sorry to see all the unexpected shipping issues--that just sucks. But let's not forget the whole purpose of Kickstarter--it's a great means to get innovative products started.

Hi Mike,
My iPhone 3GS worked perfectly fine on the lil likr until a recent upgrade a little while back to iOS 6.0 and then today to iOS 6.1. When the phone is docked (and connected to my computer) it says "Charging is not supported with this accessory". Any thoughts?

Sent an email to both mikes @comcast.net and @lilkikr.com addresses on december 12. And a message via Kickstarter on january 10. Still no reply.

I got a Paypal transfer that might been for the chargers, but declined it because I couldn't verify what is was for (never got a reply from the sender).

Did the european orders ship with a tracking number?

got it yesterday, finally. at least i wasn't charged more as some people here reported that they had to pay.

looks cool and feels sturdy - i like it and will use it - maybe more that the Elevation Dock as my phone fits with my case/bumper in the LIL Kikr and not in the Elevation Dock.

Great quality , but for future products/ideas please make sure to rethink about delivery date carefully as almost no one here has ever shipped anyhing within one month to someone (from the design category)

I just got mine, after weeks of waiting, and when I received I get charged 20 dollars!!! for fees of DHL, I dont know why he used that company I end up paying more for shipping.

I think mike got screwed around by his shipper, mine had the wrong phone number printed on it so it was almost abandoned by purolator (ups does not deliver here, they contract it to another shipping company) because they could not contact me for pick-up. I also never received a tracking number that they supposedly sent out.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the info. I managed to remove the 30 pin connector, and now use my lovely LK as a (power free) speaker stand in my kitchen. Sorry to hear you've had a tough time with this development. I for one really like the LK concept—with or without the 30 pin connector! Unfortunately, the tone of some of the comments here seem to suggest people are missing the point of Kickstarter somewhat. It's not an online store—it's for people who want to contribute to bringing creative and cool ideas to the world. It's a "learning experience" for everyone!
I hope any negativity has not put you off crowdsourcing in general (and Kickstarter in particular), and if you ever think of doing an iPhone5 / Lightning connector version of LK, count me in.

I got my LIL KIKR, I am very happy that finally got it and I can use it. Well executed and proper weight. The only bit of the 30-pin usb cable is not exactly loaded, but it can be solved.
It made sense to wait so long :)

Hi Mike. I know this has to suck for you having all of these problems with your project and the unhappy backers commenting here. I honestly hate to join the bandwagon, but I feel that I have to say something. I was a $140 backer and ordered 3 of the devices with chargers. I got the $2 refund for 2 of them, not 3. Whatever, we have chargers. One of the lil kikrs came with the plastic backing piece broken off, leaving spiky shards that I couldn't remove. And like many others, we all ordered the iphone 5 during the time delay of your project, making them instantly useless to us. It's really a bummer. My 16 year old son was the one who brought your project to my attention. He loved its simplicity and beauty. We're all kind of bummed and were hoping you'd have an adapter for the 5. That all being said, I honestly wish you the best. I know it has to be NOT fun to have so many people not happy with something you put so much into.

1 week and half and dont receive an reponse to answer about

1) an exchange cause my Ceramic White have a imperfection on it coating and for a 60$ dock it is unacceptable.

2)The remboursement of the COD

3)the Shipping/remboursement of the "bundle of 3 Kirk"

4) Never receive the Amazon code.

PS.
The PDF is really crappy and an miss labelling box is not professional and ILLEGAL

Think about to make a complaint to the competent authority.

Got mine yesterday (germany). Looks great. Was complete with charger cable. iPhone 4s fits perfectly.

Received the white lil kikr a few days ago. Looks fantastic. I will be using the original Apple adapter with it. My understanding is that you have had some difficulties with the manufacturer so I appreciate the gesture of the Amazon gift card to find a way of making this right. Thanks Mike.
