A couple of months of not driving a cab to put together the sequel to "Hack: Stories from a Chicago Cab."
Last year, my book Hack: Stories from a Chicago Cab was published. The last story included in that book however is from the summer of 2010. It takes a long time for a book to come out.
I’ve accumulated two years-worth of stories and pictures for a new book. I want to hire an agent to shop this new book to publishers but a finished manuscript is required for that to happen.
What I’m lacking is time. I drive a taxi 60-80 hours a week to make ends meet. A month or two to just sit and edit all the bits and pieces I’ve got into a coherent whole would be a great help. I’m offering a bunch of original artwork as a reward to those of you who would like to contribute.
