WHO I AM & WHY YOU'RE HERE:

I am a singer songwriter mother love healer alchemist & an independent artist. At this time in my life, and after the spiritual and artistic success of my debut album, Bark then Bite, I am blessed and thrilled to be navigating the waters of my sophomore LP, Big Tree. On this record I keep in the tradition of emotional alchemy, transcribing and transforming the waves of emotion into soothing tomes and blatant cries. Big Tree is a continuation of my journey as an artist and I NEED YOUR HELP!

Art empowers, heals, inspires, art unites AND being an independent artist can be quite the financial responsibility and IMPOSSIBLE without the love and support of lovely people like you. As a young person I didn't always believe in my right to claim the arts as a viable option for my future and it took me years to dissect and decode my own interpretations of the truth. The arts are a path to be pursued with all seriousness and now, I find myself pouring my heart and soul into music, because I really do believe that it can change the world because it has changed mine. Writing music shines a light on the sore spots, and the scars, and I know that this is fertile soil for the development of self. I ask that you to continue to invest your time, your energy, your love, your money, in me, in music as a catalyst for change. Music is nourishment for the soul and when we connect through music we get the chance to see ourselves reflected back at us, to feel more acknowledged, less alone, and more a part of the great web. I am so honored to be living the life of my dreams: love, music making, paradise -- in Brooklyn -- to be paving the way for the next generation of innovative leaders and creative thinkers -- my two daughters. Thank you for being a part of the dream and thank you immensely for your support.
