A film covering Dantesque events that shook the world:The 1892 Homestead workers' bloody revolt against Andrew Carnegie's sweat-labor
"Blood River: Death on the 6th of July", covers the events surrounding the Homestead labor strike of 1892 at Andrew Carnegie's largest mill at Homestead, Pennsylvania. This was the most significant strike in US history. In 2011, I wrote the screenplay with my coauthor Morris Edelson, a gifted literary figure.
This is a story about the 99% of us who built this country - and need to take it back. The play is available for review towards funding the film, and is accompanied by music soundtrack especially composed for the film. Watch a short interview here http://youtu.be/VzrBQ7He2Po
