We've launched an exciting new project of our own! Introducing the Kickstarter app for iPhone!

Funded! This project successfully raised its funding goal on April 17, 2012.

$10K = 400% Funded = More Backer Rewards

Update #2 · Apr 2, 2012 · 8 comments

As I write this our Kickstarter fundraiser for Bumps in the Night has just cracked the $10,000.00 mark. I continue to be astounded by the generosity of Pagan Publishing's fans and amazed at the goodwill that still remains for this company and products we make.

While I am still conflicted about whether to push this Kickstarter on to fund our next book (Delta Green: Targets of Opportunity) or run a separate Kickstarter for that project, I will nevertheless continue to add more rewards for everyone who has contributed so far. Now that we have crossed the $10K mark I will add playtest notes for four of the five scenarios in Bumps in the Night. I did not playtest "The Westerfield Incident," but I did playtest all the others. And yes I will be speaking with the other playtesters and seeing if they might be will to add something of their own to the reports.

I'm chasing down options for the other backer rewards you folks have suggested and will be adding them as soon as something can be worked out with the rights holders.

Stay tuned for more news.

Is there any chance we might see Delta Green: count down in POD or PDF? I want to be able to give you money for a copy of that book.

Some of this money is going to go towards making out of print books available through pdf and pod options on DriveThruRPG and OneBookShelf. So there's that. Walker in the Wasters will start off as POD. Maaaaaaaaaybeeeeee pdf a bit later?

Well honestly the play-test notes ARE the gag-reel. We mostly succeed, but it was skin-of-the-teeth, with a bit of poop in the drawers.

Shiny. Playtest notes are great. A gag reel would be even better. =)

      Hi Scott!
Frankly, I would prefer that you DON'T use the extra money toward paying for DG: Targets of Opportunity, since I already own that book. A separate Kickstarter for it seems to me the fairest option.
Anything else that you care to add as a supplemental reward is really appreciated. If you ask me? More original material, such as short adventures, articles fleshing out cults or organizations, brief supplements...
However, please note that whatever you decide is good for me: after all, I pledged to obtain the ORIGINAL reward, so any other reward over and above the original one is more than I paid for!
