About this project
THE CATECHISM CATACLYSM
Hello friends! A new film is currently in the works in and around Seattle and central Washington.
We're in need of an additional $6500 to help feed and house our cast and crew and to rent lighting equipment to allow for us to shoot in the coming weeks.
We'd prefer not to give away too much about the film's story or production, but we can tell you that it will contain Steve Little as a priest, Robert Longstreet as a former metalhead, a Japanese Huckleberry Finn, a Japanese Tom Sawyer and a screaming metal soundtrack.
Please look over the film's cast and crew, their sample production credits and come on board to support us with the trust and knowledge that the combination of these people and production elements will produce a film that you'll be proud of supporting.

Todd Rohal was named one of Filmmaker Magazineʼs “25 New Faces of Independent Film,” and is the writer/director of THE GUATEMALAN HANDSHAKE, which premiered at the 2006 Slamdance Film Festival where it won the festivalʼs Special Jury Prize. The film screened at over 40 International Film Festivals and was self-distributed via a year-long theatrical tour with the filmʼs single 35mm print. Rohal is currently in pre- production on SCOUTMASTERS with Big Beach Films (LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE, EVERYTHING IS ILLUMINATED), an original comedic screenplay which participated in the 2009 Sundance Screenwriterʼs Lab.
