Off to the Races is a story about two siblings, Lana and Ronan, who learn to reconnect with each other after a night filled with misadventures. Ronan, a twelve year old kid on the brink of rebellion, runs away from home to spend some time with his older sister Lana, a twenty-something year old who has lost sight of what is truly important in her life.
This is a story about love, life and spontaneity. Living in the moment and never forgetting those who you'll always love. It takes place throughout the beautiful city of Boston at night, ensuring a visually stimulating film to accompany the unique, quirky, and heartfelt script.
Off to the Races is an original story written by the director, Megan Lovallo. Our amazing and talented crew are mostly seniors at Boston University, working tirelessly to create a final film we can all be proud of.
