Like Guess Who, but better. Instead of using cartoon characters, we connect with facebook so the game board becomes your mutual friends

What is Whoizit?

Whoizit is an awesome online social networking game. Its similar to the classic board game “Guess Who?[1],” but with a twist. When you challenge someone, Instead of seeing generic, one-dimensional, cartoon characters, the game board will be filled with your mutual Facebook friends.

No longer will you be constrained by boring questions like “Does your person have facial hair?” or “Is your guy the one with the HUGE nose?” Whoizit lets you ask much more probing, and fun questions like “Was this person at the party we had last weekend?” or “Have you ever had a crush on this person?”

Who we are

Our team came together during Microsoft Start Up Weekend in Boston. We have a great crew of people with diverse backgrounds, a combination of university students, studying engineering and business, and software industry professionals. After working intensely together for 48 hours, we are all jazzed to keep working and get this game out on the market.

What we've done

We've already produced a working prototype and won a couple really cool awards including the Audience Choice Award at Startup Weekend Boston and Runner Up for Best Pitch at Tufts Entrepreneur's Society Elevator Pitch Competition. 

What we need

With your donations we can bring this game to the world. This Kickstarter page will go to covering our development and marketing costs, so please donate!

    Pretty much all of 'em. iOS, Android, Windows Phone 7, and through facebook. We have a team of developers doing this by night while they work their rockstar day jobs at some of the top software companies in the country.
