Contract reviewed and production terms agreed. Date is pending but set for May 2013. SLS provides box office and some web based marketing. Ken Allen Publicity is offering a discounted rate for limited print and internet marketing. Shipping and travel costs make up the bulk of this budget item

As you can see, we have already secured at least $5,000.00 in in-kind donations. The amount we are seeking on kickstarter is required to see the project to its fruition.

Risks and challenges Learn about accountability on Kickstarter

Challenge #1 - transportation! The show is designed to be mobile and fit into my mini-van - however, this will be the first time we have taken it out of state and shipped it. We are planning on shipping the materials well ahead of the New York date and (luckily) nothing is irreplaceable.

Challenge #2 - public relations! I don't live in NYC. My network is mainly focused in Houston and Texas. SO, that is why I have included money to hire a publicist who lives in New York City. He will use his network, make sure that we have the proper materials and help us get the word out!
