Update #4: We Made It, Here's A New Song To Celebrate!
Last night we reached our $4000 goal. Thank you very much for helping fund our first professional studio album with the amazingly fun Gnarboots (Asian Man Records) as our backing band. In California on January 28-30, the album will be recorded to 2” tape at The Atomic Garden, run by Jack Shirley who plays in Comadre. We've already bought our plane tickets.
Even though we’ve reached our goal, you still have until Jan. 17 to pre-order our album. If you know anyone who would be interested in our project, please send them our way. There are a lot of things to pay for that are not covered by the $4000 goal. We love you very much and we can't wait to make you smile!

Thank you for your continued support! This has been truely incredible. We're getting close to the $4000 goal, but we've still got about $600 to go! Hi. I’m Nate Allen. I don't want to destroy myself. Most of my time is spent playing music, going to school, spending time with my wife Tessa, hanging out with friends, and sneaking in as many German board games as time allows.

Tessa wanted you all to know that the reason our video features us under a blanket is because we didn't want to show the shirts we were wearing. We both got dressed that morning thinking we would have time to go home and get ready before the video shoot, but we didn't. Nate was wearing a grey pajama shirt. Tessa was wearing the same blue Scurvies shirt that is on our "Welcome To The Future" album cover, the photo on our postcards, and on one of our T-shirts. She was embarrassed and didn't want to be videotaped unless she was covered to the neck.
