Sarah has just moved to New York City to pursue her love of filmmaking when she meets the man of her dreams. Charming, handsome, and wealthy, Reece becomes her world. As their love story unfolds, Sarah is taken on a journey of heartbreak and forgiveness, exploring her relationships both past and present. In the end, she emerges with newfound strength to inspire others when they need it most.

On March 24th and 25th, we had a team of professionals who volunteered to help make the sizzle trailer to the movie. Every single person worked hard and joyfully. I am truly grateful. 

WHAT INSPIRED THIS FILM?

This film was inspired by my own story, with some scenes and characters dramatized. There was a season in my life where I faced a time of trials, insecurity and heartbreak. I think this film will speak to many who may be going through or have gone through similar struggles.

WHY SHOULD YOU BELIEVE IN OUR FILM?

This story is important because I believe it will speak to many people about the true meaning of love. It’s a story that resonate with many young people in defining self worth. I wrote this film because I wanted to share a story that changed my life. I tied my identity to a man whom I fell in love with. I kept putting myself in foolish situations just like Sarah did in this film. I think many of us can identify to some degree.

The hope is always that a film will find its audience when it hits the theaters, but there's no sure way to tell. Instead of leaving that to chance, we're finding our audience before we even shoot and involving them in the creation of the film through Facebook and Twitter. 

HOW KICKSTARTER WORKS?

People can pledge any amount and choose their reward. At the end of our 45 day campaign, if the combined total of all pledges meets our $150,000 goal, then the credit cards of those who pledge are charged and we receive the funds to make the film. If we don't meet our goal, the money is not withdrawn from your account and rewards will not be awarded. If we exceed our $150,000 goal then the extra funds will be used to make the movie even better as well as fund post production. Aside from a 5% Kickstarter fee and a 3-5% Amazon credit card processing fee, all funds raised will be used directly in the production of the film.

WHAT WILL YOUR FUNDS GO TOWARDS?

Your funds will go towards completing the film. Pre-production; casting, location scouts, creative preparation - through production, the actual shooting of the film.

To date: We’ve found our projected core team (Cinematographer, Production Manager, Stylist, Grip & Electric, Make-Up Artist) who we’ll be introducing to you in the weeks to come. We’ll need to pay our cast and crew, rent equipment, buy film stocks, secure our locations and permits (club, church, apartments, golf course, restaurants and more). These are some of the things we will need to secure with money raised from this campaign so that we can get the cameras rolling.
