so 'gold' packages went out a while back but we've heard from a few people that they haven't received theirs - PLEASE let us know if you haven't gotten your package yet so we can get another one in the mail to you asap! we think the USPS is a pretty big fan and has been stealing some CDs - it's flattering and all but c'mon!

hello all you wonderful people,
we just wanted to give you guys a little update on where things stand as far as your packages, etc - GOLD has officially been ordered and we're gathering together all the hand-made elements so we can send them out to their loving homes in the next few weeks - count on seeing them in early march! we do apologize for the delay, these things always take longer than expected and we really appreciate everyone's patience!
for those of you who got personalized videos - those have been sent out through our yousendit account, which is showing us that some of them haven't been downloaded. if you haven't received yours for some reason (maybe it went to your junkmail) PLEASE let us know so we can resend it!
