Ours is a simple story really, a father and a son who both share the same love for creating new and exciting yet out-of-the-box products. 

My father is always experimenting with food, creating uncommon combinations that may at first sound strange but end up tasting pretty darn good. When he told me about his latest concoction of a mixture of chocolate & wasabi, my curiosity was piqued. 

I found myself returning again and again for more "taste-testing" of this unique blend of the sweetness of chocolate followed by the slight kick of wasabi. I began doing my own experiments using a secret mixture of ingredients to heighten the flavor-able delights that were making my taste buds explode! I was addicted! The rest is history.

Chocwasabi Peas

Wasabi peas are sold almost everywhere and the are a very popular snack. We wanted Chocolate Covered Wasabi Peas to be our flagship product based on its success and popularity. Our secret mixture created a one-two punch that your taste buds will love!

Taste Testing

We made a large batch to use for sampling. We gave it to friends, family, friends of friends, extended family, passers by, practically everyone and anyone we could entice to try our tasty treat. The response was fantastic! I watched as people would begin to unconsciously keep dipping their hand into the sample package again and again until there would be only one Chocwasabi pea left! No one wants to take the last one right?

Funding

The recipes are ready to go, the logo and website have been designed, packaging has been established and we are ready to go! Kickstarter and YOU can help us with our first full production run, packaging, marketing materials, and get us off the ground and on our way into stores! We are excited to take this next step towards bringing new tasty, original snacks to market!

The Future

We have at least 4 more Chocwasabi items in the mix which we will add to our   product line once things get rolling. Dark chocolate will be another option for future items as well. Stay Tuned!
