Big Weekend
Dear Friends,
It's the big weekend! This weekend the paintings from Bucko's Blessed Sacrament Series will be all together and on display for the last time. This is your chance to see them and also choose one as your reward for backing the project.
Last weekend, my Mom and roadie Peter, did an amazing job constructing a display for the paintings. Their presentation was beautiful and made me very happy and proud. As people admired the paintings my smiles were effortless. I'll share a couple photos at the bottom of the update webpage for you to see.
This weekend I encourage you to drop by. On Saturday, December 3rd, the exhibit will be in basement of the Church after the 4:30pm Mass. It's a Coffee Social so people will be encouraged to come down to socialize and have some refreshments. The display will stay in tact for this event but you are welcome to reserve your painting.
The Pick Day: On Sunday, December 4th, I will be at the Church from 10:30am (after the 9:30am Mass) and staying after the 11am Mass. During this time, the display will slowly be taken apart piece by piece as backers choose their paintings. Some additional paintings will be up for sale as well. It's first come first serve for the choice of paintings. Please respond to the survey sent out before Sunday if you have a preference for a certain colour of painting. I will reserve them for you if possible.
Blessed Sacrament Parish is located at 194 Fourth Avenue.
After Sunday, I will tackle the final part of the project, delivering and mailing paintings to backers who were not able to come in person.
Looking forward to seeing and hearing from you in the coming days!
