WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?

Long Version: We’ve put out two albums on Misra Records, we love making music, and we need to find a new way to fund the recording process of Album III. We’re trying one such new way right here. We’re interested to know if our recording costs can be covered by fans pre-ordering something they'd purchase upon release anyway.

It’s important that we make clear to you that this is not a hostage situation. If we don’t meet our goal we’ll still make this album. It may not be recorded the way we'd like, or sound as good as it could, but one way or another we'll record these songs. We’re not interested in putting undue financial pressure on our biggest fans, you see.

We'd also like to clarify that the money we raise here will be spent solely on recording and mastering the music we're making. It won't be spent on producing CD's or records that we can theoretically sell to make a profit. That cost will likely be covered by the money we make playing shows.

So, if this is a new model for how bands at our level can operate, and we can get through the process with our pride intact, then we're keen to get on board.

This is an experiment and we humbly await the results. Let’s have some fun.
