Vampeo V1 is a portable headphone amplifier that will connect to your iPhone, iPod, , iPad, mp3 player, laptop, and even your home computer and will boost the quality of music in a way that you have never heard before.

is designed and built for three main reasons:

Act as a headphone amplifier and boost sound quality.

If you are listening to music, you can boost the music’s bass up to 6 decibels using the Vampeo V1 Bass knob. You can also connect Vampeo V1 via bluetooth to your iPhone, iPod, iPad, or any other Bluetooth music player and connect your headphones to Vampeo V1.

It is also a perfect device for loud environments, such as airplanes, trains and buses, where the standard music player volume just doesn’t cut it.

It is also a DAC! Converts to 24bit Music

It will bypass the 16bit Music signal coming out of your computer, and it will provide high definition 24bit sound to your headphones. The best part is we have designed the DAC so your computer can automatically detect Vampeo once its connected and you won’t need a driver to install it.

This device is intelligent, It will automatically switch between your devices. Lets say you are connected to your iPhone via Bluetooth, and you connect the device back to your computer, Vampeo will automatically detect the new sound signal and will switch to your computer, and will switch back to Bluetooth as soon as you disconnect the device from the computer source.

Vampeo V1 is also a pre amplifier

With Vampeo you can connect Vampeo V1 to your power Amplifier, and connect your Bluetooth music player to V1 without physically connecting your iPhone or music player. With the Bluetooth capabilities, you will be able to keep the music player in your pocket and change the music whenever you want to.

Vampeo V1 is portable

It is 2.5″ in width, 3.4″ in length, and 1.18″ in height. It is Rechargeable. After 3 hours of charging you can listen to music continuously for up to 110 hours!!

We used the best components to build this device. The PCB design is high quality, completed and designed with the latest software. It is completely shielded, and if you look closely, you will see tremendous detail in this PCB. Panels, cases, and knobs have all been produced using anodized aluminum. CNC machining guarantees that Vampeo panels are accurately cut and designed.

The panels have also been laser engraved to prevent any fading.

Vampeo V1 is Made in the USA. we dont want to take it out of the country. part of its luxury is that it is designed, produced, and assembled in the United States.

My Background:

My name is Shahriar Darafsheh and I am the creator of Vampeo V1. It all started at the age of 13, I had always been fascinated by electronics and computers so I decided to do some research and learn more about the subject. After getting a clear understanding of the different components, I decided to built my first simple FM transmitter. After fulfilling my very first transmitter, I continued making small kits such as LED flashers and photo alarms, through the age of 17. Meanwhile, at the age of 14, I took classes on Delphi programming, which continued by taking visual basic later in high school. Around the age of 17, I became very interested in the concept of combining music with electronics. This led me to design my first preamplifier kit, which later motivated me to make a 5W amplifier. In 2007, I started working on my own design for other companies that made productions in the US and I created complete electronic lab in my house that I could work at. In school, I moved onto learning C++ and I finished High School by taking AP Java. After graduation, I decided to go into Computer Science and Biology fields. In college I started to do some freelance web designing as a way to pay for my classes and supplies. I designed many websites for clients within the U.S, which contributed greatly for all my college costs. In the August of 2010, I got a job at Eurasia Foundation located in DC as a web/Software developer and I have been working there since. My computer science knowledge and understanding has led me to the completion of the Vampeo V1 DAC software aspects.

I have been working on Vampeo V1 for nearly eight months, which is completely designed and assembled by me, and about a month and a half ago my two prototypes were completed. It actually is all my knowledge in electronics and computer field and years of experimenting into one revolutionary product. I spent another month and a half debugging and testing the prototypes which is shown in the description in kickstarted and also in the website I created exclusively for this project. I’ve also interviewed some people in the process of making the video for my kickstarter campaign in which you can see the reaction once they hear the quality of the music created by Vampeo V1.

I have invested as much money as I could on this project including buying the components, buying initial panels, molding cases, knobs, PCB, etc. I truly believe that this amplifier will change the way that people listen to music, and that is why I turned to kickstarter to take Vampeo V1 into production so that people could realize how much of a difference this product makes in listening to music. It is truly revolutionary.

We have finished the design and prototype stage, and we are ready for the production, but we need your help to get Vampeo into everyone’s hands. I hope you’ll join me.
