Thank you so much for your support. We've officially raised the minimum $2,500 we needed to secure the funds you've pledged so far. Please, continue to recommend this project to your friends, family, and associates. The funds raised so far will take care of some of the work, but not all of it.
This month we're submitting to several festivals including the Sundance Film Festival. We're also looking at NETA as well as PBS as potential distribution outlets. We'll keep you updated as we move ahead.
Upwards and Onwards,
Kathy Skinner & Mike Perkins

I've been making movies in one form or another since my 10th grade English teacher said "you can make a movie or write a term paper". It's been all over since then.
I've shot fishing shows and freestyle motocross, all in the same week. Cooking shows and fake commercials for products that no one wants. I once starred in a commercial for Anderson's Outdoors, a bait and tackle emporium. I've ridden backwards on a motorcycle going 80 mph down I-75 to get a shot and I've duct taped a camera to my hand so it wouldn't fly off and get destroyed. I've shot footage on 3 continents and been yelled at by 30 different producers. If it's got a lens, focus ring and zoom control...I can make it work.
So after hundreds of clients, months worth of video, thousands of miles of travel and a few gray hairs to boot, I'm still doing what I knew I wanted to do since puberty.
To capture as much of life as is possible and put it in a bottle....or a tape.
Either or suites me.
Cheers,
Mike
Congratulations!
