On August 30th we were thrilled to welcome our third son, Thomas John Naylor, into the world. Thomas has been a mellow baby, much loved by his whole family.
In a few weeks we will return to the restaurant for monthly events. We are sold out through New Year's Eve but will be announcing new events soon!
In the next few weeks we'll also be completing the final phrase of our fundraising project by building a moveable high tunnel hoop house in the kitchen garden. We already have carrots, spinach, chard, escarole, and more growing and waiting to be covered by the house when cold weather sets in. We'll be able to harvest these ingredients all through the winter for the restaurant. It will also allow us to have early plantings of tomatoes, peppers, melons, and more. We hope to have tomatoes when we begin our weekly events at the beginning of June.
