One of the greatest challenges in producing a new album is being able to manage and coordinate the various schedules of all of the musicians involved. Each member of the musical team plays a vitally important role, yet a musician's schedule can change in an instant. Our band has the great fortune to be comprised of a dedicated group of professionals who share a deep, mutual respect for each other. Tempting as it might be to take on an attractive gig at the last minute, once we make a commitment to each other we stand by our words and honor that commitment.

A second challenge is the ability to stay within the constraints of our available studio time. In this regard, too, we have been very fortunate to have built strong partnerships with the studios we use and the engineers they employ. They work with us to ensure that we always receive the greatest product for our investment.
