The Jesus Rehab has its roots in SW Michigan where lead singer Jared Cortese and brother Dominic wrote and recorded the beginning tracks of what would later become the bands first EP titled "Scatterbrained" (2007). The Jesus Rehab's sound showcases powerful vocals and driving rhythms that have been compared favorably to Keene, Ok Go, The Flaming Lips and most often Weezer. In the last two years, they’ve marched their way through Seattle and the Pacific NW with notable appearances at Seattle Hempfest and SXSW. The band enjoys energetic, power rock anthems, and jumping around.
