Thank you so much for your generous support of my kickstarter project.  I am so grateful not only for your financial contributions but also for spreading the word.

This residency is already more than halfway funded with 25 days to go!  Thank you for making my time at Vermont Studio Center a possibility.   Having the freedom to purchase what I require to make new art makes me feel as though the month of March is filled with unlimited creative possibilities.  I have become a regular fixture in the local Artist and Craftsman Supply store, ogling over canvas, paper and pigment...

Thanks to advice from a VSC alumni/WMU professor, I feel somewhat prepared for what lies ahead -- good food, stimulating lectures, visiting artists available for studio visits and a need to protect my time in the studio .  Since I have so many unfulfilled ideas and projects that I will be able to begin tackling, however, I may have to live on caffeine, work in the studio 24/7 and only sleep once I return to Maine.  

It is incredible to experience your support and encouragement.  Thank you!
