The story of a boy and his dog... and what happens when the boy doesn't come home from war...
This is a heartwarming story about a dog named "Reggie" who is adopted after his owner goes off to war and does not return.

When Mark goes to the local animal shelter he finds the perfect dog: "Reggie" and begins a new life with him. But after a few days, things slow down and "Reggie" seems bored and uncooperative to the point of being down right bad.
When Mark finally decides that enough is enough, he packs up all of "Reggie's" things only to find a letter that he had missed from the original owner... and discovers the real story behind "Reggie" and learns what it takes to make the right transition into a new family.
They live happily ever after!
