The short plays in a small prison cell with no exit, doors or windows. We see the prisoner as he lives his routine, working like a rat in return for nutrition. An old rusty spoon is all he has and he uses it in the short intervals between his working routine to scratch his way out of prison - until finally he discovers something that changes everything in an instant.

Our credo is that a powerful script is paramount and probably the most solid pillar on the set. Every additional work is based on the script. If the script and the actor work well together, it doesn't matter whether you shoot on a RED ONE or a DSLR.

Most of the money is used to rent the equipment. We want to continue using a Sony FS-100 with Nikon Primes (mostly wide angle). Our DOP will maintain the intended "crooked" perspective for a maximum of disturbance in the audience. You will find influences by works of various artists, known and unknown. A professional make-up artist takes care for the most detailed work of decay imaginable on the set.

Im matters of appropriate lighting, the ARRI PAX 2 Kit w/ fully controllable RGB-LEDs is exactly what we crave for! You should really check them out, if you want to save time and money on your (small) set: the production value is just HUGE!

Our postpro team consists of various professional artists, amongst them highly gifted composers and musicians (jeff & chris) for sound design and fx, as well as skilled graphic artists and experienced cinematographers (bubu & nick) for editing and compositing the material to create the dense "gut-wrenching" atmosphere we're looking for.

Our goal is to have a lasting impact on the audience - we want you to share the experience with your friends, 'cause you like it! ;-)
