We really do. We are insanely grateful for the unexpected support we've gained over the past year through our first full-length release. We hope for you to continue your support and help us grow by pledging to help us make our next record.
Who are you four stunning young lads?
We are Escape Directors. We are an indie-rock band from Bergen County, NJ. I'd give everything away about us here, but we wear who we are on our sleeve, so stalk us and you'll get the idea. Also, download our debut album free right the heck now.
Tell me about the record:
The four of us have been writing new songs all summer (you can see our newest in the video above), and are very excited to go into the studio in March with multi-platinum recording producer, Jim Wirt. If you've seen our shows, you've heard how much we've grown and molded ourselves as a band over the previous months. We are thrilled to work with Jim as we feel he will assuredly bring out the best in those changes while in the studio.
Will $2,500 cover the entire EP?
No. It's a very hopeful goal we've set to help alleviate some of the cost of the EP. We are very lucky to be supported by the most incredible, loving foundation to ever exist, The Project Matters. But we still expect to be paying a large portion out of pocket yet, so please help us by pledging your support now!
What if you don't reach your goal?
Who invited pessimistic Peggy to the party? We don't want to think about it. We're very optimistic and excited to go on this Kickstarter adventure.

Escape Directors is an indie rock quartet from Bergen County, NJ. They released their debut album last summer and have reached national appraise, with commercial radio airplay (Q104.3 105.5, etc), great reviews from top music tastemakers, a placement deal with ESPN, and more. They are building their home base in North Jersey and are started to make huge buzz in surrounding markets. With the incredible support from their fans, friends, and family, they plan to continue to pursue their dreams of getting their music into the ears of all.
